FC 26 This Week To-Do List (June 1–6): Path to Glory Starts Tomorrow, 2 SBCs Expire Saturday

Path to Glory launches June 5. Griezmann EOAE SBC expires June 6. The TOTS era is over. The final stretch of FC 26 has begun — and if you're not paying attention right now, you'll miss the best value windows of the end-of-season meta. Here's exactly what to do this week, in order of priority.

5 Things to Do Before Sunday

1. Log in June 5–7 for Free Pelé 93 — Zero Effort Required

EA is giving away a free Pelé 93 OVR promo card to every player who logs in during the claim window (June 5–July 24). You don't need to complete objectives, grind WL, or spend a single coin. Just log in. This is the single most efficient thing you can do this week. A 93-rated card for zero fodder is not something FC 26 does often — don't sleep on it.

2. Make a Call on Griezmann EOAE by June 5 (Not June 6)

The SBC expires June 6, but Path to Glory launches June 5. Once you see what Path to Glory Wave 1 SBCs cost, you'll have better info. Our advice: don't decide today, decide Thursday June 5 morning. If PtG Wave 1 doesn't blow you away and you have excess fodder, Griezmann is still a clean buy at 93 PAC / 94 SHO / 94 DRI. If PtG drops something better at similar or lower cost, skip Griezmann entirely.

3. Stack Fodder Now — Don't Do Random SBCs

Path to Glory historically opens with several SBC-based player releases in the first 48 hours. That means whoever has the most 83–86 OVR fodder on June 5 wins. Stop burning cards on low-value SBCs this week. If you have unneeded duplicates or lazy-sell-priced cards in your club, this is the time to let them pile up, not spend them.

4. Collect Your Festival of Football Tokens Daily

The Festival of Football Token system rewards players who log in consistently. Missing even 2–3 days in the first week can push you behind on the Token track, reducing your access to the Token Player Pick rewards later in June. Treat it like a daily login habit — takes 90 seconds.

5. Sell High-Value Non-Meta Cards Before Path to Glory Deflates the Market

Every time a new promo launches, the transfer market takes a hit. High-rated tradeable cards — especially TOTS cards you're not using — will drop in value once Path to Glory live cards start upgrading. If you're sitting on any tradeable 92+ cards you're not actively fielding, sell before June 5. You can rebuy cheaper in 2 weeks.
